Network Support
Only too often the tools are integrated, unnecessarily, into the
network support envisaged by the supplier. In the MERCI project we
are envisaging a variety of interconnected networks: LANs,
Packet-Switched Networks, SMDS, ISDN and ATM. This work-package is
concerned with ensuring that the tools work over the different
networks, and to provide interworking units to ease their operation
across the different technologies.
