Allow use of certificate chains, borrowed from mod_ssl code.

Here is a patch that will allow you to add a certificate chain by specifying a
pem file with a -Q option.  This borrows code from mod_ssl,  I didn't write
this, I found it on some message board and forget the name of the author.  It
should patch stunnel 3.13 without any problems besides offsets.
