Subject: Specifying stunnel destination in an environment variable

Greetings - I'm writing an instant messaging program which uses SSL and
GPG for encryption (SSL for transport between servers; GPG so that the
servers can't read the contents of messages.)

Here's a patch to stunnel to specify the remote host for client mode in an
environment variable, so nosy users sharing one's system won't be able to
figure out the other end of a tunnel from ps.
