What the bits do

After doing a ``make install", the directory ``bin" should contain the following files:

• codec.V3.0b - this is the actual codec controller binary - the part that does all the work.
• ui - a shell file that runs the user interface code
• ui.tcl - the Tcl code of the user interface
• wishfh - a Tcl window shell binary, extended to do filehandling
• cnct - a binary used by ui.tcl to set up a TCP connection to the codec controller.
