Proxy MIC-1

It may be desirable to have a daemon running at the CMMC which generates proxy MIC-1 replies. This may be useful for applications such as IVS, which normally make a unicast call to a daemon running at the remote site in order to set up a connection. An IVSD proxy MIC-1 daemon would look like an MIC-1 compliant codec controller to the Channel Server, and would look like IVSD to a calling IVS. This allows a uniform interface to the Channel Server to be presented whilst allowing applications that we cannot modify to connect.

There are no immediate plans to implement this, but the possibility does exist.
