Usage of RTP parameters

When sending or receiving H.261 streams through the RTP protocol, the stations should be ready to:

1. process or ignore all generic RTP parameters,

2. send or receive H.261 specific "Reverse Application Data" parameters, to request a video resynchronization.

This memo describes two Reverse Application Data item types, "Full Intra Request" and "Negative Acknowledge".
