Major changes from 3.1.20:

 - Detachable menus and toolbars: click and drag handle to move,
   double-click handle to reconnect

 - Toolbar icons resized to 24x24

 - Added font aliases for Chicago, New York and Monaco (Erik Jonsson)

 - Polish translation (Przemek Borys)

 - PW: reads AUIS ez files

 - PW: cut, copy and paste text


Bugfixes:

 - Segfault in label_set (Dana Booth)

 - Rudegrid widget: do not layout unmanaged children

 - Added missing keysyms for really old versions of Solaris (Andrew
   Gilmore)
