There are two functions enter-date and enter-time, but they are not on the
menu and worse, they used the old format system.

They can be unbroken by commenting out the line in siag.scm starting with
"(set-format", but then the cell style must be changed manually.

It's on the TODO for 3.1.9. Had forgotten all about it.
