I did manipulate the files like your manual, PGP800final_crack and the timebombRemover. In w2k (german), I got the message in red like 
 
***PGPTray could not start, because the point of time starting the processing is wrong...***

So PGP is not working. The rest of the world an me would appreciate it, if you would publish your email.
