      PGPDisk Hack for PGP Freeware 6.5.1i - Windows
   ---------------------------------------------------

This is an updated version of the PGPDisk hack which was
released sometime in July 1999.

So, if you have installed the July PGPDisk fix, I recommend
that upgrade your installation with this one.

What's new?

1) Updated binaries.
2) Launch PGPDisk now shows in PGPTray.
3) InstallShield installer.
4) Works with win95/98 and Win NT.
5) MFC files are updated automatically.

This hack has been designed with PGP Freeware 6.5.1i in mind.

It may or may not work with other builds.

To install do the following:-

1) If PGPFreeware 6.5.1i is already installed, quit all running PGP
   programs and go to step 4
2) Install PGPFreeware 6.5.1i (for details see below)
3) Re-boot.
4) Unzip the archive.
5) Launch the included InstallShield Installer.
6) Follow the instruction.
7) Re-boot when done.
8) Enjoy.

 Install PGPFreeware 6.5.1i:
 ---------------------------
 1) Un-install whatever windows build of PGP you have on your
    machine.
 2) Re-boot.
 3) Delete these files (if any):-
    c:\windows\system\pgp*.dll (for win95/98 systems)
     or
    c:\winnt\system32\pgp*.dll (for win NT systems)
 4) Install PGPFreeware 6.5.1i
 5) Re-boot.
