This is the 128bit upgrade for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 Developers Release (Beta 1).
Do NOT run it on IE 4.x, it is for 5.0 beta 1 only. If you had 128bit crypto prior to
installing 5.0, you don't need to run this patch.

This patch works on Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT.
