How to create a DOS BOOTABLE DISK

- Copy following files to a temporary directory
  - MAKEDISK.BAT
  - LOADDSKF.EXE
  - BOOTDISK.DSK
- Insert an empty disk into the floppy drive A:
  - Call MAKEDISK.BAT
