fp-novesa.exe was compiled after disabling the line
  which defines SUPPORTVESA for go32v2 target in globdir.inc
  This executable can be run on Windows machine without trying to enter
  full screen mode (which is refused for instance on Windows XP Pro
  if using a remote terminal).
