This RC1 cross i386-go32v2 was generated on a Windows 7 32-bit machine using:

- new Free pascal i386-win32 compiler ppc386 version 3.0.0rc1
-  The batch fpcbuild-3.0.0rc1/install/go32v2/win-to-dos-zips.bat

A few changes to RC1 were needed, they are listed in file
all-diffs-to-3.0.0rc1-sources.txt
