Description: this main menu server/library/replicant
             brings back the main menu; if you are a
             user, apps written with MainMenu will
             work without it, but if you want the
             main menu to be exported, you need the
             server; if you are a developer, you can
             use this static lib in your project, in
             order for the main menu location to be
             configurable by the user.
