William Dunning
- President, Envision
Mr. Dunning brings a wide range of experience and skills to Envision,
with over 19 years of management experience in technology related positions.
Most recently, from 1992 until he left to head Envision in 1997, he was Director of Communications for the City
of Dearborn, Michigan. His responsibilities included managing the City's extensive telephone system, wide area
and local area telecommunications networks, and public safety radio systems. He was also responsible for the City's
9-1-1 dispatch center, its municipal television studio, and negotiating telecommunications franchises with a number
of national service providers. In addition, Dunning has worked closely with Local, State and Federal leaders involved
in statewide and national telecommunications legislation and issues.
As a proficient software developer, he has 6 years experience writing commercial Windows® software in C and
C++, and over 3 years experience writing applications using the latest Java® technologies.
Mr. Dunning holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Detroit College of Business. He graduated
from the Ohio Institute of Technology and has attended courses at Wayne State University, Henry Ford Community
College, Schoolcraft College, and Lawrence Technological University.
From print media to video production to telecommunications management to
computer technology, his background is ideal for helping organizations navigate the evolving multimedia-rich Internet
environments.

Paul Manly
- Senior Engineer
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, Mr. Manly brings to
Envision his extensive experience in digital media development, particularly for the BeOS.
In addition to numberous credits in multi-media software development, he has 5 years experience writing educational
software for both industry and academia, utilizing a wide variety of scripting languages and multimedia development
platforms.
Mr. Manly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California
at Berkeley where he also developed his personality writing poetry under the tutelage of June Jordan and reflecting
on the world’s religions with Huston Smith.

Scott Thomas
- Program and Graphic Design
Mr. Scott Thomas earned an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from Henry
Ford Community College in 1992. He went on to earn his Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications from the prestegious
Center for Creative Studies in Detroit in 1995.
His previous employment experiences include Technical Director for The Fine Arts Division of the City of Dearborn
Recreation Department; Illustrator for MascoTech and Graphic Designer for the marine and RV industries at Spartan
International. Mr. Thomas has also worked in other media including film and video production.
In 1991 and 1992, Scott worked as a contractor for Envision and was instrumental to the development of The Image
Bazaar® clip art software product. Since then, he has continued to hone his computer graphic skills as a commercial
artist using CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Ray Dream Studio, Expression, Bryce 2, Quark Express,
PagerMaker, Fractal Design Painter, Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft Front Page and Symantec Visual Page.

Ben Fobar
- Software Engineer
Mr. Fobar has extensive training in computer programming using languages
such as Java®, C, C++, Visual Basic®, COBOL, and SQL. Other areas of experience are Client/Server architecture
and DBMS.
While here at Envision, Ben has been writing software in Java®, C and C++ and debugging legacy software in
C and C++. Previous employment experiences include work as an Integration Technician for O/E Systems in Troy, Michigan,
where he performed complete system configurations on PCs, Servers, and general office equipment.

Stephany Speyer
- Marketing Director
Ms. Speyer earned a BBA Degree in Marketing, with a Japanese Language
minor, from Eastern Michigan University. She also completed an intensive semester at Japan Center for Michigan
Universities in Hikone, Japan, studying Japanese language and culture.
Ms. Speyer is responsible for all marketing activities for Envision, including development and implementation of
marketing plans, customer communications, and advertising plans.
