2. Requirements

This HOWTO assumes you have:

• Linux > v2.2.0
• XFree86 3.3.X
• A DVD-ROM/RAM/RW drive supported in Linux (most are)
• A decent knowledge of bash and english
• A master's degree in Nuclear Engineering
