Pay per click (PPC) search engines are used for the advertising technique called "pay-per-click". Pay Per Click system (also known as Pay Per Ranking, Pay Per Placement or Cost Per Click) is a set of scripts that help to advertise products and services, and earn money.

General description

ES PPC system contains four areas: Admin area, Advertiser Area, Affiliate area and Search area. It programmed using PHP programming language and MySQL database, which make it very productive. High scalability and flexibility allow to configure it according to clients needs.

ES PPC takes search results from several external Pay Per Click search engines (Ah-Ha, ePilot, Brainfox, Kanoodle, ABCSearch, SearchFeed, TrafficSyndicate etc.) and on each click the admin earns his percentage commission on the bid (money paid by the advertiser for that click), plus the admin can have many affiliates and each affiliate can send traffic (searches) and/or refer other affiliates (admin can limit levels). Also the admin of ES PPC system will receive payments from his advertisers.
ES PPC also is able to provide the search results to affiliates' web sites as an XML data feed, in case the affiliates do not simply use a search box on their site, but they want to build their own search engine that gets results (and money) from ES Pay Per Click Search Engine.
The webmaster can get data from ES PPC instead of having to build his own search engine. So affiliates will have 3 choices:

1. Search box;
2. XML feed for their sites;
3. Ready-made search engine.

Advertiser Program

The Pay Per Click system allows advertisers to pay for the traffic delivered from the search engine. An advertiser comes to the ES PPC system with an intention of placing advertisement. Placing of advertisement can be done for a fee depending on what advertising program (Listings, Sponsored links, CatchAll listings, Sponsor Boxes, Banners) is chosen. The ES PPC will charge bid amount every time when advertiser ad is clicked on. After a click the visitor will be redirected to the advertiser URL.

Affiliate Program

The affiliates can earn money in ES PPC by clicking and searching. The Admin of PPC system can set percents from clicks and searches made by affiliates and share affiliates income for clicks and searches. If you are an affiliate, all you need to do is to click and search, advertiser will be charged, you and admin of the website will get paid.

But...

1. Your affiliates may earn some fixed amount in US dollars (if you set "Global settings - Affiliate payment system - Pay per click trough")
2. You can set "Comission" in "Search engine settings" menu item. Commision is the percent of the bids from search site which you will show to the searchers.
   For example, if returned bid from search site is $0.5 and your comission for this site is 50%, bid to show will $0.5*50%=$0.25.
   If you set 100% then your affiliates will from your own advertisers.
