EC's Hide Folder is a program that can help you keep your files safe from other users. Quickly setup your own folder, to hide files you do not want to be seen by other users. Simply move any files you want hidden to this folder and click the hide button. Your files will remain hidden until you decide to make the files viewable. Any type of file can be moved to your folder including pictures, movies, word documents, mp3's etc.
