PD Introduction

V1.2 - February 1996!

These pages written for you are all about the Spectrum PD scene at the moment, and a few other things too. Yes, it exists ! and is still pretty active.

They were written by John Garner who believes that he has the relevant knowledge (and enough of it) to write coherently about it. Whether or not that is true, you will see. More to the point, he has been bothered to write it all up here and had the privilege of being allowed on this site (my university isn't quite ready for us yet).

Virtually all articles except some in the usergroups detailed sections are written by me and have been updated recently, so take a look.
They should all have a standard footer with links to this page, the Spectrum Forever homepage at nvg and at least one other. This should make navigating a bit easier.

I thought that I ought to say that you shouldn't just write to coders and groups as free suppliers of software, as "Your Sinclair" have said - it's kind of an exclusive club for coders. I'm sure most won't mind receiving letters, but don't expect something for nothing.
