Oddball clockchip

Ah. What clock chip is this?

[Bob Nicksic]  The ICS 9159M.  I forwarded an email to the list a few weeks 
ago from the motherboard manufacturer.  Unfortunately I do not have a copy 
anymore.  They verified the use of said chip but recomended using the specs 
from another chip.  Still waiting, but I know that you guys have bigger 
things on the agenda right now than supporting an oddball chip.
