I don't think anyone has dealt with it at all recently
These lines from suidbridge.c shows that it won't build in the current
tree:
#include "../../../../patches/Linux/linux/drivers/char/default/font.inc"
#include "../../../../patches/Linux/linux/drivers/char/default/clut.inc"
