Uhm, that README should go the same way as the toplevel README -
throw it away and rewrite from scratch. I'll write something up
when I get bored with autoconf and my generic monitor-driver (which
is coming along nicely, the userlevel program can now read monitor
specs for multisync and timelist monitors from a file and set the
parameters. It just needs some polishing)
