Query of the specs of ggi_event field .blah.device

Hi,

I'm just wondering about the device field for events.

How is this specified to behave?

GWT needs to be able to distribute events according to the device they
came from (something similar to an EvStack :) for low overhead), and
also produce new events from a virtual device unique to the process (Ie,
translating the pointer event from one particular pointer for the sub
windows).

Can someone please tell me how it works? It may also be a good idea to
put this in the docs.
