IBM RGB52x drivers...

...are now committed. I think I'm listed on one of the assorted links
pages from earlier this year, that can be taken off now =)

Problems:

Only 32 bpp modes have been achieved
Only 800x600-640x480 modes have been achieved, on multisync MAG DX17T
Blurry output.

Clearly looks like a clocking problem, but I don't know what the problem
could actually be. I looked at the code for other ramdac/clock drivers,
now I'll go look at the code in svgalib for setting the ramdac up.
