FBDev target now does mode-setting

Not thoroughly tested yet, but is working here OK.  Next thing I'll do
is add the support for planar modes.  

BTW Marcus, I commented out the "DirectBuffer Info:" thing in
libggi/mode.c because it assumes PLB (by using LIBGGI_W_STRIDE), and
thus will break whenever bplan or iplan is in effect.
