svgalib and autoconf

I get all -kinds- of interesting errors trying to compile the svgalib
stuff.

libGGI and libGII work fine.  So does libGGI2D..

Looks like autoconf version probs:
autoconf 2.13
libtool 1.2d
automake 1.4

dunno what else is needed to know...
I've installed the GGI libtool patches as well... (Afaik)

No errors in ./autogen.sh FWIW.
