Accel death cause discovered

	Whoever committed fbcon-kgi.c with the #define USE_MMAP at the top
commented out is the culprit.  That was making the load of kgi-generic.so
fail in the fbdev target.  I fixed it locally and accels are alive 
again.  Can I ask why that commenting-out was done?
