Nixterm-2.1 now available

Nixterm-2.1 is now available at a GGI FTP site near you ! :-)

Improvements in this version:

   -  added #include <errno.h>, so it compiles properly on some people's
      systems.

Exciting, huh ? :-)))

PS: it would be handy to have a link from the main GGI webpage straight to
the FTP site (I always tend to bumble around for a while looking for it).
What do you think ?
