KGI: new snapshot

Hello,

a new kgi-0.9 snapshot can be found at

http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~sse/ggi/kgi-0.9-990318.tar.gz

Changes:
	- top-level directory renamed kgi-0.9 (to avoid confusion)
	- patches linux 2.2.0-2.2.3
	- minor spelling and bug fixes.
	- added kgi-0.9/README.install

Please continue testing and report results/bugfixes.
