How to force evPtrAbsolute to certain values.

Is there an emCommand to force an evAbsolute pointer to a
certain value? I.e. start at the middle of the screen or
the origin? Also, a simple API to access the cursor for X
Windows? Like simple show/hide/set Cursor?
