ANNOUNCEMENT: New ViRGE driver

Hi

Due to great help from Martin and Rodolphe, a huge number of bugs are
removed now. The driver in the CVS tree now should work more or less on
ViRGE, ViRGE DX/GX and VX. Other chipsets unknown. Test it and let me know
the results.

Updates:

Streams code doesn't crash 325 chipset anymore (writing CR67 before
  enabling streams does the job)
Lowres modes (320x240) do work with streams enabled (default)
Fixed many register settings for the ViRGE VX. The card might work now
Detection of memory on ViRGE VX and GX2 should work now.
