Register 3d4 index 3 bit 7 may enable readback via 3d4 indexes
10 and 11 on some chipsets since light pens are not 
supported on most VGA/SVGA.  I haven't found any such chipsets 
yet, though.

Mach32 does have readback of it's own, for one.
