misc libggi commits

Hi,

Just some more miscellaneous LibGGI changes committed.  The function for
getting the ggiPutc character size is now called ggiGetCharSize().  
I have removed the ggiKeyPoll and ggiKeyRead aliases -- just use
ggiKbhit() and ggiGetc() instead.
