Resource registration.

What resources the drivers use are presently registered with the OS and
through what interface?

I havn't looked at this part yet, but seem to have fuzzy memories of some
documentation stating this should be done in the chipset driver, but if
that is so, what are the wrapper functions to register irq and memory
spaces?
