LibGGI text handling updated

Hi !

I have gone through LibGGI and the various sub-libraries and made sure
ggiPutc() and ggiPuts() conform to the current docs.  This means that
ggiPuts() does not wrap-around or handle CR or LF.

I also added the ggiGetCharCellSize() function, as per the libggi-issues
docs.  I've tested as much as possible, and everything I tested still
works :-).
