Every month when a stable release is made it could be released twice.  One
Release under GPL/LGPL and one BSD.  The development tree would not be dual
licensed like this.  Maybe the sublicense thing that was mentioned would be
good for the dev tree.  Just a copyright for the authors, a statement of
warranty, and thats it.  Only the stable tree would have a diff license for
the oses, as I said above (2 seperate releases).  This works because the
GPL/LGPL will only cover *that* release.  Of course some parts can be made PD
as Andy and others have said since this will not interfere with any other
license.
