Tile target fixes: option to disable DB emulation

Well, it's not really an option.  You have to change one line in the source,
since there's no option parsing yet.  Please see the README for details and
other caveats... it can really use some optimization.

Btw, ggi-project.org FTP maintainer, could you please remove the
display-*.tar.gz from the /pub/ggi/misc directory?  They are very old files,
and everything except VNC is already in CVS.  Just to prevent confusion.
