	If it is just a scan convertor that lets the card output NTSC or 
PAL, it shouldn't need explicit driver support.

	Right now the video4linux people are handling that sort of thing. 
We just do framebuffers.  These two areas should merge at some point, but
right now that isn't high on our list.
