Experimental libgwt committed.

Hello,

I've just committed my experimental version of libgwt to the
main repository. The main reason for this diffusion is the fact
that I'm going on holiday for a week, and some people wanted to
have a look at the current thing.

In its current state, libgwt is really experimental: I think
it should compile, but I'm not even going to guarantee this...
So, you are warned: don't expect that to be a perfect running
thing.

The version I committed is based on the first prototype done by
MentalBoy. Heavily based, with only some specific changes. (So,
you can flame someone else if you don't like it while I'm at the
beach. ;-) It also incorporates a regioning code contributed by
Thomas Tanner. I will soon try to bring something of my own to
the library... I promise. :-))

Tristan and Robert volunteered to have a first look, first test,
etc. to libgwt, so this commit was mainly done for them. Feel free
to review and comment also if you want. (But, don't comment too
much as there are still a lot of things on the TODO list.)

Now, I'm _really_ going to the beach.

Bye,

Rodolphe
