Updated fbdev target

Hi !

The fbdev target just got a bit better.  I've stopped trying to make it
open on a free VT (like X does), and now it just uses the current VT
(like SVGAlib does).  It should work non-SUID now.

Also the keyboard handling is improved -- it generates evKeyRepeat when
a key is held down (untested though), and the "label" field should also
have a reasonable value (also untested).
