Some libggi commits

Hi !

I've just committed the following non-bugfixes for LibGGI to the devel
repository:

(a) Updated display/common/evqueue.inc so it no longer uses 2MB of
memory.

(b) Updated include/ggi/ggi.h such that ggiKeyRead() ignores modifier
keys.

(c) Made libggi sub-library names case-insensitive and removed the
duplication in templates/libggi.conf.temp.  This means "display-fbdev",
"display-FBdev", "DISPLAY-FBDEV", "fbdev", "FBdev", and "FBDEV" are all
accepted.
