ARgh - sorry. Lost outbound EMail ..

Hi folks !

I have probably lost EMail I sent to you, as my outbound mail queue was
misconfigured after I had reconfigured it due to a network problem at my
provider. When the provider was o.k. again, the change I had made got
incorrect and gobbled up the mails.
Unfortunately the EMail went to /dev/null.

I will try to reconstruct replies, but I will probably miss some things,
especially anything that wasn't a reply ...
