But please look at www.ggi-project.org.
It seams dead - nothing seems to change there.

And one beta-release a year - it seems slow development too.

Maybe more information about fixes and improvements in current
development should be put on WWW.

And somewhat more frequent releases. You don't have to tell it is final
100% usable version, but "it is usable, and the API won't change much".
