Wet fish time, I didn't run `configure', so linvtsw didn't get
made/installed.

PS: I am going to rearrange libggi/display/visual.c a bit, so that
linvtsw is moved out of the FBDEV_INP_KBD part and into a new
FBDEV_INP_VT part, so that they can be controlled individually.
