fbcon-kgi.c stuff

* The kgicon_* insmod parameters do not appear to be handled anymore, 
except for kgicon_inverse.  The rest of fbcon-kgi.c appears to still 
think they are handled, though.  Why were these parameters removed?

* I cannot get the new mode-finding code in kgifb_init to work.  It
rejects everything in kgim_check_monitor.  Is anyone else seeing this?  I
tried the generic mondriver as well as the old monosync and multisync
drivers I used to use.
