Need for LD_PRELOAD removed? Please test.

Hi,

I've now upgraded the libtool in LibGII and LibGGI to a slightly
modified version of the libtool CVS-repository.

This means that at least on Linux libggi.so gets explicitly linked
into all sublibs. I hope this will fix the requirement for
LD_PRELOAD some people have had. Could you please test this.
