libwmh

I thought I should test libwmh, but I have some problems.
A lot of files seems to be missing. But this has to do
with the config scripts and could be copied from the other
libs. (config.guess, config.sub etc...)
Libtool is annoying. This is probably due to me, I always
seem to have trouble with libtool. Anyway, the complaints
is of the type LIBTOOL@ not found.
The file EXPSYMS is missing from display/X
ggiwmh/init.c uses the (old?) macro DPRINT - replacing with 
GGIDPRINT works fine.

enough complaints and whining for now!
