where is the patch file? the old (103?) patch file is gone but nothing
appears in its place.

when i try 'make' in ggi_console/Linux, it falls over right away looking
for 2.1.103.

did you start the adb input drivers or is that going to be all new code?
is there some boilerplate or another driver to look at?

what should i do for a minimal input testbed? do i need libGGI/cbdev from
the ggi project proper? can i test without ggi for now?
