KGICON and retrace

Just to let you know fbcon does support vbl. Its just no drivers support
it. Its FB_ACTIVATE_VBL. Their is also a FB_CHANGE_CMAP_VBL which
tells the driver to only change the color map on the nex6t vbl. Take a
look at fb.h for it. When you pass this flag with the set var ioctl it
will preform any changes to the driver only on a vbl. This only works if
the driver supports it (hint, hint).
